The “table d’hôtes” Privileged moment of the day, we find ourselves as an aperitif in the garden to enjoy the last rays of the sun or by the fire.
Our table of hosts marries the products of the sea, the “terroir” and the garden.
Our wines, cereals, breads, fruits and vegetables, meat are of biological origin.
We can of course adapt the menus in case of allergy or your wishes.
Some examples of diners:
- “Demoiselles du Guilvinec” (langoustines of the day live from the fish auction), fish of line of the island of Sein in papillotes, “crêpe flambée” in dessert.
- Monkfish liver on garden salad, rock fish fillet on julienne vegetables and “far breton” with prune.
- Spider crabs of the Pointe du Raz, monkfish with Armorican sauce and rhubarb pie from the garden …
- We can also organize exceptional meals when all the table d’hôtes wishes : seafood platter, Armorican lobster …
